​​Below is a brief questionnaire which I present to all of my wedding clients. Your  answers will give me a better idea of the style or feeling you are going for, and will allow us to be on the same page, despite the lack of a face to face interview.

In addition to completing the questionnaire below, please email accompanying photo to ​sarahbethheller@yahoo.com. The more photos you can attach the better: inspiration, location, attire, etc. is all very helpful.  Knowing quantities you will need of various items also helps me to quote you a more accurate price.
